Terms and Conditions

By making a request, the client agrees to the Terms of Service (TOS)

GENERAL

  1. The Commissioned artwork is for personal, non profit use only unless mutual agreement is discussed.

  2. If the Commissioner wishes to make additional use of the artwork outside if initial agreement, such as commercial usage rights, Commissioner agrees to seek permission from Artist and make such payments as are agreed to between parties at that time.

  3. Commissioner may not claim the artworks as their own but Commissioner may use the final product for their social medias for non-profit purposes with proper credits included.

  4. Artist has the rights to decline any requests that they are not morally comfortable with.

  5. Commissions will start after the initial sketch is approved.

  6. Commissions will start in the order that payment is received.

  7. Commissions will be cancelled if the Commissioner is not in contact with Artist for more than 14 days.

  8. The service is not available for Israelis and individuals promoting Nazism.

PAYMENT

  1. Commissioner agrees to pay the invoice in full within 5 days after the concept sketches have been approved. If not paid, the slot shall be automatically relinquished to a different client (Unless the commissioner contacts and discusses an exception with the Artist).

  2. A refund is not allowed once the payment has been processed. However, a 100% refund will be issued when:

  • The Artist wishes to cancel the commissions under moral principles.

  • The Artist fails to meet the guaranteed deadlines.

  • Client cancels the Commission before the Artist starts the project.

REVISIONS

  1. Initial sketches will be sent within 2 weeks.

  2. Commissioner may modify their references up to 5 times for the initial sketch.

  3. Commissioner may have 1 chance to make minor modification (within reason) after their commission has started. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.

  4. Once the final Artwork has been turned in, any revisions requested (such as, but not limited to, forgotten details, incorrect depictions or colour adjustments) that are not due to the faults on the part of the artist, an additional fee shall be charged.

  5. Commissioner will receive 3 updates after the commission starts on your communication platforms of choice at each phase (clean lineart, test crosshatched version and finished crosshatched version)

  6. No revision for Surprise me commission.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • 14 days ~ 3 months after the sketch is finalized, depending on the commission type, queue and complexity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  1. Artist shall retain full rights for the artworks created and to post the copyrighted artworks online as samples for future clients, record the process, include them in public portfolio and archive unless an active NDA fees are covered.

  2. The Commissioner is not allowed to reproduce or resell the commissioned artworks commercially without the Artist's consent or mutual agreement.

  3. Using the finished artwork for NFTs or AI/machine learning purposes is strictly prohibited.
